YouthBuild Charter School of California (YCSC) has the responsibility of ensuring compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing educational programs so that all students and community members are treated equitably in YCSC’s programs and activities and provided a safe, secure environment that is free from discrimination, harassment, intimidation, and/or bullying.
