If you are a current YouthBuild Charter School of California student or recent graduate and answered yes to the above questions, join our Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician training program! You'll earn 10 electives credits and be placed in a paid internship.
Interested students must be available to attend virtual CAMT classes Monday thru Thursday from 8:30 - 10am, starting on March 10th. There will also be two required in-person lab days (dates TBD.)
Preference will be given to students 18 and older who are currently unemployed and available to start working in the summer.
Students who complete the CAMT program will be placed in a paid summer internship ($16/hour) and will eventually be placed in a full-time position starting at $21/hour.
