Our friends at Education is Forever are hoping to raise $5,000 by the end of the year. Funds raised will go directly to providing scholarships and mentorship support for selected YouthBuild Charter School of California graduates who plan to attend college in 2021. For scholars like Alondra D., who graduated from our El Monte site at theSan Gabriel Valley Conservation Corps in 2018 and is currently studying to become a nurse, mentorship plays a large role in their lives and their path to success.
