AB 104 (2021) Coursework Exemptions
AB 104 (2021) is a new law intended to help students who were in their third and fourth years of high school during the 2020-21 school year by exempting them from certain graduation requirements. If you were enrolled as an 11th or 12th grader last school year, there is a chance that you may qualify for graduation now because you have already completed all of the minimum graduation requirements described in AB 104. If you are unsure whether or not you qualify for early graduation, please contact your school principal. Otherwise, we will presume you want to continue your planned course of study. Please know our intent is not to force out any student who is on track to complete their course of study, but instead support our students' educational progress aligned with the law. If you have any questions, please contact your counselor for more information.

Please contact your school principal if you would like to discuss any credit or grade earned since the Covid-19 pandemic began.
